ALIBABA ACCOUNT CREATION (BEFORE JAN-7th)
As your team prepares for the hackathon, please note that one team member must be designated as the Team Leader in order to access the technical resources provided for the competition.
For this hackathon, French Tech Shanghai and Alibaba are providing Aliyun (Alibaba Cloud) platform credits, including access to Alibaba AI tools via coupons that will be distributed shortly.
To enable this:
- The Team Leader must create a main Aliyun account
- The Team Leader will then create RAM (Resource Access Management) accounts for the rest of the team
Important requirements to consider when choosing your Team Leader:
- The main Aliyun account requires a Chinese phone number
- A verified Alibaba account is strongly recommended
- Each RAM account will preferably also require a Chinese phone number
⏰ Deadline
Please make sure your team has identified a Team Leader and started the account setup by Wednesday, the 7th.
This is required to ensure timely access to the Alibaba AI tools.
