Here is all you need to know!
How to form a team:
Teams are made up of 4 to 5 people.
You can come with a team already formed or find teammates through a marketplace system. You can either register as an individual looking for a team, or register yourself along with your team name!
The deadline for forming your team is 3 weeks before the start of the hackathon (26th of December); from there, you will have time to explore the tools offered by our cloud partner and get familiar with the environment you will work in during the hackathon.
We strongly encourage diversity whether it is in gender, background, and skills, as it will be part of the evaluation criteria. Successful teams will mix creativity, tech know-how, as well as business insight to solve real-world challenges from our corporate partners, and help shape the future of AI-driven innovation — from marketing and e-commerce to Edge AI.
Whether you’re a developer, designer, product manager, marketer, or entrepreneur, you have something valuable to bring!
When & Where:
16–17 January 2026 in Shanghai, Jing’An Skin Hub “美创静界” – Lingshi Road, No. 718.
Check in will start at 4pm on Friday 16th, and after the corporates challenges pitch and a networking dinner, it will be time to build!
Final submission deadline will be on Saturday 17th at 5pm, after which each team will pitch their prototype.
