Plan View & Access

Metro: Take line 1 to “Shanghai Circus World” -上海马戏城 and walk or cycle towards the venue.

Car: You may park your car at the venue’s parking lot, it costs 10 RMB/hour or 80RMB/day (resets at midnight).

Participant Checklist

Please make sure you come prepared with the following:

• Laptop with all required software, SDKs, IDEs, and dependencies installed
• Phone in case you need hotspot
• Access to required accounts
  • Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud)
  • Other tools or APIs relevant to your project
• Membership in your topic’s WeChat group
  (Used for announcements, mentor access, and emergency communication)
• Yoga mat and covers if you plan to stay the night (not mandatory but the clock does not stop!)

Onsite Rules & Practical Information

• ID required for venue access (mandatory)
• Quiet / focus zones will be available — please respect other teams
• Smoking is strictly prohibited
• Food & drinks will be served in a kitchen area
• In case of emergency, our volunteers staff will remain at your disposal
• Please remain on the ground floor, other floors are not part of the venue.

What We Provide During the Event

• Power outlets & extension cords
• Wi-Fi
• Coffee & tea available all day
• Meals & snacks according to the event schedule
• Mentor access and organizer support

Legal Terms

Once you register at the venue, we will ask you to sign the following documents: an NDA, that also contains IP transfer agreement with the sponsor, and a participant agreement containing image rights agreement and prize payment modalities.
