Last Thursday, some of our members had the privilege to be welcome by DS Avocats Chine for an exclusive session on legal topics relevant to La French Tech Shanghai entrepreneurs in China.

During a two hours session, Yimin Liu and Beibei Z., both associate lawyers to DS Avocats brilliantly and pedagogically shared their knowledge on company governance, founder legal and individual responsibility and data protection legal aspects in China.
